Giving advice and guidance on configuration, maintenance and change issues

Consulting Remote IT Solutions internal, vendor and 3rd party knowledge bases to provide information and advice

All our Service Desk staff are qualified IT professionals, certified to at least Citrix CCA level, with real-world experience of managing some of the UK’s premier Citrix installations.

Customers requiring 24/7 support can purchase a Premier Support package. This 12-month subscription service includes 25 incidents, 24/7 emergency support for priority issues, and an assigned Support Representative.

As a Microsoft & Citrix Partner - as well as maintaining accreditations with other key industry providers including Symantec, Ericom, SoftGrid, AppV and AppSense - we can assist you in both creating and maintaining the right IT solution for your business. RITS can be your outsourced IT service provider, or can assist or strengthen any internal IT resource you may already have.

For a fixed monthly fee per desktop, customers get a complete support service with pre-agreed service levels. This incredibly reliable and responsive service includes helpdesk, callouts, and technical, remote and on-site support.

Online I.T. Support Service
To ensure we provide you with responsive and effective I.T. support we utilise a Helpdesk which allows you to log your query online as soon as it occurs. This elimates the often arduous and time consuming task created by automated telephone support.

We also offer Ad-Hoc support for customers who do not wish to commit to a fixed IT contact.
